1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Original proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number visible

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Returns: Free return shipping label provided

  • International Returns: Customer pays return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
